Welcome!

Welcome, and thank you for your interest in the Thompson School of Applied Science Food Service Management programs. As professors, it is extremely satisfying and rewarding for us to be part of this program. Feedback from students reinforces that our programs have played a key role in their career success. Our curriculum, faculty and facility are focused on hands-on learning. We have a unique program, which would be difficult to duplicate. We are located on the campus of a major university near the seacoast of New Hampshire yet our classes are small and the environment is friendly, helpful and fun. Once you enroll, we will partner with you on your career path. We are always asking ourselves “How we can make our programs better?” In the fall of 2008, we will be expanding our program offerings to include Culinary Arts. We look forward to meeting with you.
