Current Students

Welcome and thank you for choosing the Food Service Management program at the Thompson School of Applied Science. As professors, we find being part of this program to be extremely satisfying and rewarding. Our curriculum, faculty and facilities are focused on hands-on learning. We look forward to working with you and would like to share three key points with our students:

Remember when you get an email from Assistant Director, Cynthia Giguère, take a moment and read it. You’ll be surprised how much useful information she will forward to you.
