180 Blue

180 Blue, located in Cole Hall (Room 144), is a fine dining restaurant experience run by our own Culinary Arts students. 180 Blue serves quality food at reasonable prices and will offer American Regional Cuisine for the Fall semester and International Cuisine for the Spring semester. The restaurant serves on Thursday evenings from 5:30 - 7:30 pm. Reservations are highly recommended for planning purposes.  Please call (603) 862-4760*.  Menus and themes will be posted below as they are available. There is a prix fixe cost of $14 per person.  The restaurant accepts cash or check, but cannot accept credit cards at this time. 

*Our reservation line is an answering machine only. Reservations should be made at or before 5:00 pm on the Wednesday night before the day you wish to attend. Please leave a message about your reservation.  Your message should include: Your name, the number in your party, time of arrival and your phone number.  We will call you to confirm your reservation.  You can also make your reservations online!
