Stacey's Buffet

Stacey's Buffet, located in Cole Hall at the Thompson School is a spectacular presentation of ethnic foods with flair. The buffet is offered on Wednesdays only from 12 noon-1 pm by the second year Restaurant Management students during the academic year (generally early October - early December and mid-February - early May). For weekly menu information please call 862-4760. We look forward to serving you!
